SYM Cut Ess gives a better thermal stability than other brands of cutting oils, thus giving a better life, good cooling and enhanced rust-prevention. This mineral oil based cutting oil is blended with best quality emulsifiers, bactericides, stabilizers and other additives. Good lubrication and cooling levels gives prolonged life of the cutting tools. It can be used at 1:20-30 dilution with water i.e. 3-5% concentration. However the concentration can be adjusted according to the machining parameters and metal of the components.
